Blood in the urine of a malignancy can by a few things: cancer of the bladder or kidney cancer (renal cell carcinoma RCC in general) are caused. For the bubble - if the muscle-invasive (cancer that invades the musculature of the bladder), then surgical removal of the bladder completely normal processing. Chemotherapy may or may not be used.
If it is not invasive - the CIS, which will be called (carcinoma in situ), then a maximum of TURBT usually removes the tumor as much as possible (- transurethral resection of bladder tumor). Usually after this procedure, the bladder is infused with a chemical (BCG), to reduce the risk of another occurrence. CIS is definitely treatable and has a high survival rate (95%). Muscle-invasive bladder is a little darker - typically 50-80% of patients are alive 5 years.
For CCR - Surgery is the primary treatment (removal) of the whole kidney. Depending on the stage of chemotherapy or immunotherapy may also be used.
Blood in the urine can also be benign - infection, kidney stones, a side effect of medication, etc.

Treat all types of cancer seriously. However, the diagnosis of cancer is not necessarily a death sentence. I have 5 years to breast cancer. 20 years ago, I was dead, probably because they have regular mammograms. No one had a bump. Also, make sure to follow his uncle, one-up treatment. Good luck.
