Avoid the 4 C's: chocolate, cheese, caffeine, and citrus fruits. I suffered from migraines, but they are less common, since I cut this lot! So I have small regular meals (if possible), how can, for example, migraines are triggered by low blood sugar. They tell me I eat lots of oily fish, which helps in the time. Try grated, fresh ginger and pour boiling water to drink tea with the disease, again and again for me when I am sick outraged! Hope this helps ...

First, get checked by your doctor because he was vomiting exclude everything else. To avoid foods, chocolate, cheese, if you drink enough water because they can cause headaches when dehydrated. Last but not least, if all else fails an allergy test done.

There are many foods that trigger is the tail of cheese and the smell of coffee can also be a trigger. It depends on the person. The best thing to do is keep a food diary. Even if a friend if you do not, sufficient liquid can help .. I suffered for years, but noe have found to determine what triggered the mines and to stay away from them, but it takes a while to be able to what the trigger points. Good luck.

Cut out aspartame and MSG (monosoduimglutamate) completely from your diet .. to read a little more pain with each label, as the two in most things, but certainly worth the effort .. Look good network for business people and opinion on the two and I was surprised .. Good luck

They gave me a list of foods that migraine and was more than one page! Cheese, chocolate, onions, peanuts - Too much to list. If fromwork home all the time comes, ask them to try to take Excedrin Migraine, it works better than any drug, my doctor has prescribed. I mean, if I have a headache and immediately start drinking at the beginning of the meeting. I am sick when I have my migraines with vertigo. All you can do is be there for him, hold down the dim and noise to a minimum. The eyes are very sensitive to light and sound, the volume is up! You, try the cold towel on his head, but in reality there is nothing you can do that takes away the discomfort. Sometimes you feel uncomfortable if you want to be alonehas reached or not. Try to understand that migraine ... not fun ... I am not justifying what a golf club for you, but I want to try to understand a little.

Alcohol may worsen, especially in the dark drinks like red wine, rum, port.
Preservatives cheese, chocolate, caffeine, carbonated drinks, artificial flavors / etc mine is compounded by the lights of the travel and Brigt.
The best prevention is to eat small meals regularly (little and often), they are of carbohydrates - from skipping meals and Jo-Jo-ING also causes blood sugar.
Good luck ...
